We are located in City Hall at 808 West Spokane Falls Boulevard on the third floor (skywalk level). Our hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; our permit desk closes at 4:30 p.m.

The Building Department of the City of Spokane has made every attempt to make sure the information on this site is correct.
