CITY  of  SPOKANE 

USER  FEE  STUDY for  DEVELOPMENT  SERVICES 

May 2008

Since June 2007 the City of Spokane has been conducting a cost-of-service and fee study in various development services departments.  The primary purpose of the study was to identify the full cost of service and full cost recovery for these services.  Using this information, the departments have formulated fee adjustments consistent with the City’s cost recovery policies.  The City Council will study and give final approval on these proposed fee adjustments.
