CITY of SPOKANE
USER FEE STUDY for DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
May 2008
Since June 2007 the
City of Spokane has been conducting a cost-of-service and fee study in
various development services departments. The primary purpose of the
study was to identify the full cost of service and full cost recovery
for these services. Using this information, the departments have
formulated fee adjustments consistent with the City’s cost recovery
policies. The City Council will study and give final approval on these
proposed fee adjustments.
